Academic Retention Services (ARS), uniquely tailored to address access and enrollment issues for underrepresented ethnic minorities, provides administrative services designed to support the academic/intellectual, social, personal and cultural development of students.

From the time of admittance to Mizzou and up until graduation, students are offered a wide array of programs and services to enhance their overall campus experience. ARS is committed to the development of students by creating opportunities that foster campus involvement, leadership development and academic excellence.

ARS also serves as a resource office to parents, students, faculty, and staff by providing culturally related information.
